I had to interview the nurses and the other care workers of the infirmary to better understand their pain points, challenges they face while recording patient’s data. A few sample questions are listed below:


Can you tell me about your day to day responsibilities assigned ?

What challenges do you face while saving patient’s records in daily work?

Why is it important to store patients’s data ?

Have you ever experience problem related to data piracy?

What do you do when the information is missing?

Where do you book appointments and how does doctor gets to know?

What do you do if someone misses thier appoinment?

How do you keep a track on which nurse did the entry at what time?

What do you find it more convenient manually entering data or digital entry?

For the college infirmary a dashboard is designed to track the student’s visiting data, and effortlessly input and update patient’s medical history, allergies, medication and to book online consultation appoinments. It’s all about helping nurses and care workers keep information organized and easily accessible.

The health care workers are facing challenges in manual documentation of patient’s record and other infirmary’s maintenence related records . Although an online portal is provided to the healthcare workers to input all the patient’s information which is done by the nurses at the end of the day one’s all the data is entered manually, but there is no dashboard where they can have access to all information at one glance. Other miscellaneous data is maintained manually. To give an effortless approach to track patient’s and other miscellaneous information, and to schedule appoinments, a digital dashboard is designed so that the healthcare workers do not face any delays and frustration when trying to retrieve records.
